Plans
Free to use. Pro for heavier terms.
The expensive part of Kard Kulture is reading your documents and building Kards from them, so that is the part that is counted. Studying, writing your own Kards and bringing in Anki decks are unlimited on both plans.
Free
No account needed, and nothing to cancel.
- 2 documents turned into Kards, included once — and an import that fails, or that your material cannot support, does not use one up
- Unlimited study, every day
- Unlimited Kards and decks you write yourself
- Unlimited Anki imports
- Every Kard style
- All 86 deck cover marks and all 12 accents
- Search across your whole library
- Deck Health
- Export everything you have made
Pro
$8.99 a month, or $84.99 a year — about $7.08 a month, saving 21%.
Prices in US dollars. The App Store shows the price in your own currency, and that is the one you pay.
- Much more material. Bigger PDFs, more Kards per import, and many more imports in any thirty days.
- Both Pro app colours. Honey and Lavender, across every screen and on a deck at night.
- Exam Rescue, as often as you need it. Build a plan from the Kards you have and the time actually left before an exam. Unlimited on Pro; Free includes one.
- Far more Tutor and Test me. Far more Tutor explanations and new Test me builds in any thirty days.
- Remember This, on demand. A memory aid for any Kard that keeps slipping. Included with Pro, and not with Free.
What each plan allows
Allowances that refill do so over a rolling thirty days — there is no billing date they reset on, and nothing expires at the end of a calendar month.
Pro is a ceiling, not a promise of unlimited generation. It is set well above a heavy term, and we would rather raise it once we know what heavy actually looks like than advertise unlimited and have to take it back. The app says so quietly when you are close to the end of an allowance, and says nothing about it before then.
For the rare term that outgrows even that, Pro can add a Study Boost from inside the app: $4.99, once, for 4 more imports, 100 more Tutor answers, 6 more tests and 20 more Remember This aids. It changes nothing about your plan and nothing about what you have made.
Subscriptions are sold and managed through Apple. Cancelling is done in your Apple ID settings, and nothing you have already made stops working — your Kards, your decks and your history stay exactly where they are.
